This weekend we decided to end our summer with a fun-filled trip to the beach house. We went to Schlitterbahn where even Kathryn got in on all the fun. She wasn't the least bit scared when we went down the big water slides. She had a BLAST!! We had a great steak dinner prepared by Chef Dad, family movie night (The Pacifier- Emma's FAVORITE!) complete with ice cream sundaes, searching for shells, and numerous golf cart rides. We went to Moody Gardens and had a great seafood lunch today before we left. No pictures (except that one), I decided to just let it be a calm, relaxing, low-key trip. Besides I still have a lot of reading to do on my new camera. We had so much fun just being together as a family and enjoying the calm before the storm. Because tomorrow, it's on... mass chaos erupts! I love school!!
