Finally, it's here!

Well we have waited and waited. All the anticipation and stress leads up to the big event...Christmas morning.

Living in McKinney, the holidays were always such a rush, going here and there, but this year was so great! We were able to see all our family but not have to do the whirlwind tour of years past. And on Christmas morning it was just such a joy to roll out of bed and stay in our pj's all day and play with all the stuff we got and not go anywhere.

Emma was ecstatic with all the gifts that Santa brought. She got everything she asked for, even though she was dangerously close to receiving a stocking full of coal based on how long it took her to go to bed on Christmas Eve! Kathryn could have cared less at first. Give me my milk and leave me alone. But once Ms. Grumpypants came out of her fog, she had Christmas joy as well. She was so happy with the scooter that he brought. Now she can be a big girl in the cul-de-sac with all her friends.

A few of the big hits were the Bratz fashion makeover head, Floam (who knew?), the bubble machine, and of course the biggest suprise of all: the Jeep! And the biggest shocker of the day was that Kathryn actually wore the dress up clothes from the Manettas family. If you would have seen how terrified she was of her costume on Halloween, you would know why this was a Christmas miracle!!
