The t-ball season has come to the end. The mighty Swordfish have laid down their bats, undefeated! (Of course every game was a tie but they don't need to know that!)
It just wouldn't be a baseball season without a shot of Emma doing this:

After the game we had our team party at Coach Lisa's house and had so much fun! I have to say that dads are wonderful, they were all in the pool while the moms watched and chatted. Check out this dad with his little all star:
Sisters got in on the fun too!
No injuries this season until today, when it wasn't even a team player. While Abby was taking a run and a jump off the diving board she fell and hurt herself pretty bad. She scraped her leg up really good and took a CHUNK out of her knee. Not a pretty sight! She is in a fair amount of pain, but she is one tough chick. And she has the whole household waiting on her hand and foot, maybe I should find her a little bell. Hopefully she will feel good enough to go to horse camp next week. I suppose I could dose her up on mass quantities of Motrin. I know even if it does hurt she won't tell me, nothing is keeping her from those horses!

The Swordfish got their trophies and medals and rewarded Coach Steve as well with a gift card to PF Changs. It's good to be the coach! And everyone asked if he was coaching again next season because they would love to keep playing with him. That made him feel so awesome! And he really did do a wonderful job with the kids. Coach Lisa was a great help as well!

But all good things must come to an end and another sports season is in the books. Not a day too soon either because it was quite a scorcher this morning at 9!

We'll see you soon, Silly Swordfish!
